Where? Physical or digital? I know there's the
giant physical hardback with illustrations (we bought it for my mother some years back), but as far as I'm aware it has no digital edition. You're forced to buy each book piecemeal if you want them as ebooks.
Plus, it seems like Books 3 and 4 have never dropped below $5, even going back to 2010:
