I think most of us could assume the type of knife by what they were doing with it. If they're spreading butter on a slice of toast, it's likely not a super-sharp weapon knife.

A knife can be used as a weapon; a sword can be used as a knife. But a sword is specifically designed as a weapon whereas a knife generally is not (switchblades and fighting knives excepted).
I am not decrying the use of handle in the context of a knife of any type or an unspecific blade. I am decrying it when the author is explicitly using it in the context of a sword or dagger. |

I don't like how some eBooks add in a line-height in CSS and makes the lines too spaced out.

I don't like many things they add in the css. Line-height, abnormal base font size, huge text indents, spacing between paragraphs, right and left margins in body text, widows and orphans other than 1 and so on.

Yes, you are correct about the mess made in most CSS. |

I do have my own CSS code I add in and then I edit from there. Most of my CSS does not replace what's in the existing CSS. |

Cleaning out a mess of reviews from a book summary is annoying. Even more annoying is cleaning out a mess of reviews for a completely different book (at least it's the same author). WTF?

That's why I prefer to copy/paste the summaries by hand, not downloading them. Takes less time.
